Rental Rates and Terms
Condo Unit #1101
$225 - Low Season - 5 / 1 through 12 / 14
$275 - High Season - 12 / 15 through 4 / 30
Rates Subject to Hawaii Taxes - 17.41%
5 Night minimum stay - Shorter stays for additional charge.
4 Guests maximum
$150 Cleaning Fee.
The condo will be cleaned prior to your arrival and a supply of linens for your stay will be furnished.
We accept personal checks and money orders.
Credit Cards are accepted through Paypal with an added fee of 3%.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking the reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Full refund if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival, after that date all payments are forfeited unless condo is re-rented.
Payments using your credit card may be made upon confirmation of dates and amount due via phone or email.
